Aesthetic appreciation can be defined as seeing the beauty in the performance. It

can be found in any activity and provides the MENTAL benefit of satisfaction. If you are

asked to provide an example of aesthetic appreciation, remember that great

unstoppable shot in football that scored a goal, or a diving catch in cricket, or the winning

stroke in the Wimbledon final.
