CS Schedule App Daniel Mosse Angela Ellis Adam Hobaugh Summary The goal of this project is to design and implement a system for managing the class schedule.

Requirements The application must be compatible with cs.pitt.edu. The application will gather data about courses including but not limited to the course number, class number, and enrollment. This may require screen scraping.

The application will allow the creation of new schedules based on gathered and existing data. The application will display information in a clear and concise way for the students, staff and faculty The application will keep track of textbooks and syllabi for all sections and allow faculty to update the textbooks and upload the syllabus for their section(s). Requirements

The application will generate various reports about all schedule data. In addition to the set reports, have an open ended query builder that can be used by someone with SQL knowledge. The existing schedule data will have to be converted and imported into the new system.
