Doter les Canadiennes et les Canadiens d'ascendance africaine et caribenne dun cadre organisationnel leur permettant de btir un rseau d'actions axes sur les individus et les groupes, en appui leurs collectivits en Afrique, aux Caraibes et au Canada. To provide a forum for Canadians of African Caribbean descent to build a network of actionoriented individuals and groups in support of our communities in Africa, the Caribbean and Canada. Our Activities Nos activits General Meeting with election of board members Establish ADAC regional chapters to promote local ownership of the Association. Sponsor national days and Africa-Caribbean Week to

promote awareness of Africa and the Caribbean in Canada. Build Data Bank of African Canadian Talent and groups that have similar interests with ADAC. Form partnerships to build capacity and facilitate integration of our members into their respective communities. Provide leadership development opportunities through an internship program. Develop, through fund raising, an investment fund for purposes of leveraging and participating in fund matching programs in support of initiatives and projects that benefit African caribbean communities in Africa, the Caribbeans and Canada. Launch pilot projects in select African and Caribeean countries to encourage African-caribbean Diaspora participation in socio-economic development of Africa and the Caribbean.
